today's post is brought to you by the number 8!
8 mph is the fastest i can justify speeding on the hwy
5.8R is the grade i will be climbing tomorrow
8.4 miles at 8000 feet was the trail run i did yesterday in Bryce canyon
8 is the approximate number of muscle groups that hurt while i am sitting perfectly still typing this blog
8 hours of accordion playing today (okay this isn't true at all, but half of 8 was too weird to write)
80 degrees is the current temp in NE utah
now back to full sentences:
woke up to a creepy looking canyon and drove into town to for a rest day and ended up climbing steepness in the gorge. next day arms were too sore to climb so i went for a gigantic trail run. that leaves my entire body sore today so i played accordion by a creek for the entire morning then drove east. now i'm off for an oil change and to find cool people to camp with and possibly climb with tomorrow.
That is actually 1 incomplete sentence and two run-on sentences, but you pulled of a complete sentence in the end, if one generously overlooks the lack of capital letters. Climb on, silly.
